1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing the Ascension Protocol AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use License
Our methodology, protocol architecture, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Ascension Protocol AI. We grant clients a license to use the implemented systems solely for their internal business operations.
3. The Protocol Guarantee
Our "10 calls in 90 days" guarantee applies to clients who have fully implemented Phase 01 and Phase 02 of the Ascension Protocol, provided they maintain the required traffic minimums outlined during the diagnostic phase.
